When you are navigating burnout, the pain of church conflict, or a dark night of the soul, you don’t have to walk alone. Molly serves as a Senior Spiritual Director and Senior Coach with Soul Shepherding, journeying with empathy alongside those navigating burnout or ministry exhaustion, or simply needing to experience Jesus’ abiding presence more deeply. Her greatest joy is helping you discover real, sustainable solutions for abundant living through the attachment love of Jesus.
Whether you are seeking spiritual rest or looking to clarify your vision, purpose, and calling, Molly offers a safe, grounded space for transformation. She is deeply passionate about leadership formation and guiding you to serve from a place of authentic spiritual authority. By encouraging you along God’s pathway toward leadership convergence, she helps you step into a life of greater fruitfulness, fully focused and anchored in Christ.
To best support the individuals she walks with, Molly has completed her Master of Arts in Formational Leadership from Lancaster Bible College and holds a certificate in Mentoring, Coaching, and Leadership Development from Grand View University. Her compassionate approach is further enriched by over 20 years of church ministry, her role as Chairman of the Board for New England Bible College & Seminary, and a diverse background that began in neuroscience research at Dartmouth Medical School before she transitioned to homeschooling her three children.
Based in the woods and fields of Central Maine, Molly and her husband of nearly 30 years enjoy a life anchored in nature. She loves reading, spending time with her family, and listening to the loons on the lake.
Finding the right person to walk alongside you is a deeply personal and important step. If you would like to explore whether Molly is the best fit for your current season and needs, she welcomes you to reach out for a free 15-minute connect call or a simple introductory email exchange.
