Molly serves with Soul Shepherding as a Sr. Spiritual Director and Sr. Coach. She is the Chairman of the Board for New England Bible College and has served in ministry for over 15 years. She enjoys meeting one-on-one and speaking and teaching about soul care.
A Dartmouth College graduate, Molly worked in neuroscience research at Dartmouth Medical School and Walter Reed Army Medical Center before transitioning out of the workforce and into ministry while homeschooling her 3 children.
Passionate about Scripture and sharing Jesus’ radiant love with others, her heart is to journey with empathy alongside those in leadership struggling from burnout, overwork and overwhelm, church conflict, and the dark night of the soul — helping them find real solutions for abundant living.
Molly and her husband live in the woods and fields of Central Maine. They have two daughters, one son, and a large menagerie of much-loved pets.
