Molly serves with Soul Shepherding as a Sr. Spiritual Director and Sr. Coach. She is the Chairman of the Board for New England Bible College & Seminary and has served in ministry leadership for over 20 years.
A Dartmouth College graduate, Molly worked in neuroscience research at Dartmouth Medical School and Walter Reed Army Medical Center before transitioning out of the workforce and into ministry while homeschooling her 3 children. She is now working toward a Masters in Formational Leadership at Lancaster Bible College/Capital Seminary.
Passionate about Scripture and sharing Jesus’ radiant love with others, Molly’s heart is to journey with empathy alongside those in leadership struggling from burnout, overwork and overwhelm, church conflict, and the dark night of the soul — helping them find real solutions for abundant living.
A purpose driven leader herself, she enjoys helping other women explore and identify their vision, purpose, and calling in Christ. Molly confidently trusts that God is always at work bringing forth a new creation in each of his children. With her clients, she has the privilege of drawing close and listening well for the invitations of the Holy Spirit to growth and greater intimacy with Christ.
Molly and her husband live in the woods and fields of Central Maine with their youngest daughter while the older two are at college or adventuring overseas.
