Lisa serves as a certified Spiritual Director with Soul Shepherding.

For close to three decades she has poured her life into walking with pastors, leaders and soul friends on the journey of discovering more of who they are in Christ. Lisa and her husband Todd were founders and long-time leaders of Rockharbor Church in Costa Mesa. In recent years, they pioneered Floodways, a resource ministry to help foster unity and prayer among churches across Orange County.

Embracing her own deep work has led to greater healing, freedom, and confidence in her true identity. Lisa is grateful for opportunities to be a safe companion and trusted guide for others, helping to listen for God’s voice, while growing in the understanding and experience of His grace and love. Decades of serving in and around the Church have brought insights and empathy towards the specific and unique challenges of ministry. Lisa’s hope is to create welcoming, honest space for fellow travelers who need to rest, reflect and find their way forward.

Lisa and her husband have lived in Orange County, CA for 28 years, raising four terrific kids…and are happily adding two daughters-in-law to the family this year.
