Rev. Todd Rodarmel serves on staff with Soul Shepherding as Pastoral Ministry Manager, Sr. Spiritual Director, and Sr. Leadership Coach.
Ordained in the Evangelical Covenant Church, Todd led Mountain View Church in San Juan Capistrano as Senior Pastor for twenty years. Before that he was a church planter with the ECC, an adjunct professor at Azusa Pacific University, and a youth pastor at Coast Hills Church in Aliso Viejo. Todd graduated from APU (BA ’89; MA ’98) and did additional studies at Westminster Seminary, North Park Seminary, and Fuller Seminary.
Todd teaches in the Spiritual Direction Program, the Soul Shepherding Institute, and the Coaching Certificate Program and has been mentored by Bill Gaultiere for over ten years.
Todd and his wife Traci live near their children and grandchildren outside Nashville TN, where they host guests in the treehouse he built while on Sabbatical. Todd is the author of Sustainable Spirituality and a lover of all things outdoors.
