To be considered for this role as an SD, you will need to agree to the following:(Required)

I agree to purchase general liability insurance annually to cover claims of $1,000,000 per incident, $3,000,000 aggregate limit (minimum). The estimated cost for this is $150-$225 per year.

I agree to purchase a Zoom Pro account to be linked to Soul Shepherding’s scheduling system and to see client referrals through this system.

I agree to recommend Soul Shepherding resources, books, services, speakers, and programs whenever that is helpful to my clients and I will limit my recommendations of outside resources for situations where Soul Shepherding does not have a similar offering.

I agree to attend 5 supervision sessions (individual or group) a year with a trained Soul Shepherding supervisor. This will help ensure I provide the best care to my clients in line with ethical obligations outlined in ESDA’s Code of Ethics (link below).

I agree to Soul Shepherding’s Statement of Faith (link below) and will represent the ministry of Soul Shepherding as an ambassador of Jesus Christ, doing all I can to protect the reputation and witness of the organization and its staff.

I have read, agree with and signed the SD Agreement and understand if I am accepted I will be starting at the spiritual director tier (linked below).

Once we receive your completed application, we will prayerfully consider your request. A Soul Shepherding member will contact you to set up a brief interview with the application committee. If approved, you will be assigned a Soul Shepherding team member who will help you with the onboarding process.
