Emotional Intelligence Test

Your emotional IQ (or EIQ) is key to your success in life and relationships. Here’s a free Emotional Intelligence Test based on what I’ve learned from Daniel Goleman’s research and theory.

Your emotional intelligence is a hidden part of your personality, like the part of an iceberg that’s underwater. It’s not something the average person thinks about. But it is foundational to your life. Your EQ is actually more important to your well-being and effectiveness than your IQ. The great thing about emotional intelligence is that it can be improved if we work on it!
