PAYMENT POLICY

Soul Shepherding Institute Retreat Fees:

The fee for each retreat week is $1,200 ($1,100 Early Bird discount if paid in full 60 days in advance). This includes meals and lodging. Attendees are responsible for all travel arrangements to and from the retreat. Because it is valuable for married couples to attend together, we are happy to offer a 25% discount for spouses sharing a room at a retreat. To reserve your spot for a retreat, a $250 non-refundable deposit is required (not needed for currently enrolled CSD students who are paying the monthly combined SSI/CSD rate) or you are welcome to pay in full. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the start date of the retreat. Please see below for the combined Institute/CSD Program fees.

Combined Institute/CSD Program Fees:

The combined fee for the Institute and the CSD Program is $369 per month for 24 months.
These fees include payment for the required 4 Institute retreats. Please note, there are additional costs for required spiritual direction sessions, books, and optional private rooms at the retreats.

INSTITUTE RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY

We have designed our cancellation policy to be considerate while also respecting the costs incurred by Soul Shepherding. 30 days or more prior to the start of a retreat you may cancel and request to apply your payment to another retreat occurring within 12 months. 0-29 days prior to the start of a retreat no refunds or credits will be given. Soul Shepherding will receive what you paid as a tax deductible donation.

For Certificate in Spiritual Direction students on a monthly payment plan, if you cancel 0-29 days prior to the start of a retreat, you will incur a $250 cancellation fee to help defray costs incurred by Soul Shepherding.
