Carolyn serves on the Soul Shepherding staff as Data and Content Manager, and as a Spiritual Director and Coach. She brings years of experience as a women’s ministry leader, mentor, and youth leader, along with a deep heart for walking with others in their spiritual journey.

She holds Soul Shepherding Certificates in Spiritual Direction and Coaching and is a CiRCE Certified Classical Teacher.

Having experienced ministry life as a pastor’s wife and military spouse, pastor’s kid, and missionary kid who spent part of her teen years overseas, Carolyn understands the unique joys and challenges that can shape our faith, relationships, and sense of self. Her own journey through childhood wounds and church conflict has deepened her compassion for those who are longing to experience the love of Abba, heal from what has shaped them, and live with greater freedom in Christ. 

She offers a safe, grace-filled environment where you can slow down, bring your whole story, be honest about what you’re experiencing, and discover God’s loving presence in the midst of it.

Carolyn lives in beautiful central Maine with her husband and homeschooled teenagers. She enjoys laughing, reading, teaching, taking long walks, and sharing the kind of conversations that make you lose track of time.
