Nicki Bradshaw serves as a Sr. Spiritual Director and joyfully serves on staff at Soul Shepherding as Bill and Kristi’s Executive Assistant. Nicki is an ordained pastor who genuinely loves people and has a desire to walk with those in pain to experience healing, freedom, and hope in Jesus Christ through the power of Holy Spirit.

Nicki has been in ministry for over 30 years passionately leading NextGen, parachurch ministry, church planting, prayer/intercession, women’s and worship ministry, while also being a pastor’s wife. 

Nicki has been receiving and providing spiritual direction for over 12 years and earned her certificate in spiritual direction from the Soul Shepherding Institute. 

Nicki lives in northern Illinois where she co-pastors with her best friend and husband, Chris. She has two adult children and a teenage son who also love Jesus and look for excuses to spend as much outdoor time together as they can.
