Lisa is a graduate of Soul Shepherding’s Certificate in Spiritual Direction program, and now serves as a Spiritual Director.

For three decades she has poured her life into walking with pastors, leaders and friends on the journey of discovering more of who they are in Christ. Lisa and her husband Todd were founders and long-time leaders of Rockharbor Church in Costa Mesa. In recent years, they pioneered Floodways, a resource ministry to help foster unity and prayer among churches across Orange County. Lisa also serves on the staff team for Alpha USA, working with church leaders around the nation to cultivate welcoming spaces and conversations that display the love of Jesus.

Embracing her own deep work has led to greater healing, freedom, and confidence in her true identity. Lisa is grateful for opportunities to be a safe companion and trusted guide for others, helping to listen for God’s voice, while growing in the understanding and experience of His grace and love. Decades of serving in and around the Church have brought insights and empathy towards the specific and unique challenges of ministry. Lisa’s hope is to create a welcoming, honest space for fellow travelers who need to rest, reflect and find their way forward.

Lisa and her husband have lived in Orange County, CA for 30 years, where they have raised four terrific kids. In recent seasons, they have happily added two daughters-in-law, with the first grand baby joining the family soon!
