Alice Witt serves with Soul Shepherding as a Spiritual Director. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 23 years of experience integrating psychology and Christian spiritual formation in her clinical practice and ministry. Alice trained in Spiritual Direction through Soul Shepherding. She is also trained in trauma care, addiction, recovery, and sex addiction. Alice is a certified Enneagram Coach and brings a rich background in ministry to her work of soul care.

Alice has received spiritual direction for several years, and it has been a significant source of healing, clarity, and intimacy with Jesus in her own journey. She experiences great joy in offering that same grace-filled space to others. Alice brings a gentle, discerning presence and a deep reliance on the Holy Spirit. She loves helping directees notice God’s invitations, process their pain with compassion, and grow in practices that lead to peace, wholeness, and a more authentic connection with Jesus.

Alice lives on the Central Coast of California with her husband of 43 years, with whom she shares a teaching ministry focused on the intersection of psychology and faith. She delights in her five grown children, three granddaughters, travel, cooking, reading, and the joy of hearing her grandchildren call her “Mimi.”
