Kim serves with Soul Shepherding as a Sr. Spiritual Director and Coach.

After getting her education in music, Kim found the church she and her husband Ron pastored for 32 years (Twin Cities Church, Grass Valley, CA) offered a wide variety of opportunities to connect with those hungry for a spiritual journey. At the church, she served by leading worship, teaching, encouraging artists, and including those with special needs. 

Kim’s side gigs have been piano teaching for the young and caregiving for the elderly, both of which seasoned her with grace for lending a hand to her own parents as they faced the difficulties of aging. Kim and Ron raised two kids, one bio and one adopted. They found their marriage deepened by making their way through Ron’s cancer journey, with deep gratitude to God for Ron’s healing. 

Serving in recent years with the Soul Shepherding team of Spiritual Directors has been a wonderful segue after retiring from pastoring, as Kim is comfortable providing support to a wide variety of people looking for a spiritual companion. In this season, she gets her greatest thrill from time with her grandkids, and takes her deepest breaths while cultivating her garden.
