PAYMENT POLICY

Coach Certificate Training Program Fee:

Our Coach Certificate Training program is a 12-month program that begins in March. The cost of the Coach Certificate Training program is $369 per month for 12 months and includes the fees for one Institute Retreat. If you plan to attend more than one Institute Retreat, you will need to pay the additional fees as described below. Please note, there are additional costs for required coaching sessions, books, travel expenses to and from the retreat, and optional private rooms at the retreat(s). We also offer optional specializations in Sabbatical Coaching and/or Enneagram Coaching that can be purchased for an additional fee.

Soul Shepherding Institute Retreat Fees:

If you are attending additional retreats, the fee for each retreat week is $1,200 ($100 Early Bird discount if paid in full 60 days in advance). This includes meals and lodging. Attendees are responsible for all travel arrangements to and from the retreat. Because it is valuable for married couples to attend together, we are happy to offer a 25% discount for spouses sharing a room at a retreat. To reserve your spot for a retreat, a $250 non-refundable deposit is required (not needed for currently enrolled CCT students who are paying the monthly combined SSI/CCT rate) or you are welcome to pay in full. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the start date of the retreat.

INSTITUTE RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY

We have designed our cancellation policy to be considerate while also respecting the costs incurred by Soul Shepherding. 30 days or more prior to the start of a retreat you may cancel and request to apply your payment to another retreat occurring within 12 months. 0-29 days prior to the start of a retreat no refunds or credits will be given. Soul Shepherding will receive what you paid as a tax deductible donation.

For Coach Certificate Training students on a monthly payment plan, if you cancel 0-29 days prior to the start of a retreat, you will incur a $250 cancellation fee to help defray costs incurred by Soul Shepherding.
