Mark currently serves on staff with Soul Shepherding as the Stewardship Manager handling Finances, Human Resources and all other business related matters.  After serving in the US Army, he started his career in Finance, serving as a Corporate Relationship Banker for 10 years, and then as a Director of Finance for an aerospace manufacturing company for over 21 years.  He has a BA in International Studies/Economics, and an MA in Biblical Studies from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary.

Mark has served in church lay leadership primarily focusing on teaching, discipleship and small group leadership.  Additionally, he taught several classes as an adjunct professor at a local Bible College. 

While living in Orange County, CA, Mark and his wife got connected with Soul Shepherding through a common interest in the work of Dallas Willard, spiritual formation practices and learning to live the with-God life in the midst of ordinary daily rhythms.  Mark loves to surf, hike, snow ski, spend time with his best friend, who just happens to be his wife.  He is also a wanna-be gardener.

Mark and his wife Ronda currently reside in Pensacola, Florida.  They have two adult children and one incredibly fun grandson.
