Jessica Stong is an executive and transformational coach, speaker and founder of Lives of Courage, a holistic coaching practice. She offers individual and group coaching in addition to a coach training program and soul care retreats.
While obtaining a Master’s in Psychology, Jessica developed the Cycle of Courage, a psychological framework that supports individual emotional, social and spiritual growth and development. She trained as a coach in 2009 in London and uses her background in Cognitive Behavioral Psychology, along with the Cycle of Courage, to inform her work with clients from all over the world.
Jessica’s education and training allows her to reach people of different ages in diverse stages of life who want to understand and harness their brains’ potential along with recognizing Jesus’ love in their life. After discovering the ‘Soul Talks’ podcast and resonating with Bill and Kristi’s approach to emotional and spiritual development, she enrolled in Soul Shepherding’s Spiritual Direction Certificate Program. This training has been so applicable given that much of her coaching is now centered on helping people say yes to their calling and the Spirit’s presence.
Jessica lives with her husband and two lively boys (ages 13 and 5) in Wichita, KS. While her life is full, she’s passionate about finding time and space for soul care and rest and encouraging others to do the same. You can read more at her website.
