Christine is employed as Legal Manager of a Direct Marketing company. Prior to that she worked in an Intellectual Property firm after completing her studies in languages and literature at Auckland University.
Alongside a busy working life, Christine is an active member of the local church. She has been a home group leader, a spiritual formation group facilitator and a part of the church’s elder team. While preparing for her formation group, she “stumbled” upon the goldmine of online Soul Shepherding resources. One thing led to another and she ended up attending the Soul Shepherding Institute and training to become a Spiritual Director. The Jesus-centered heart of Soul Shepherding, and the exemplary lives of its founders Bill and Kristi Gualtiere, were what impacted Christine the most.
Christine lives in Auckland, New Zealand with husband Peter. She loves creating beauty – in the garden with plants; in relationships through friendship; in acts of kindness. They have three adult children, two of whom are married. They are full of delight being new grandparents and feel the conviction that who they are becoming is paramount.
