Tax Deductible Donations
Soul Shepherding is a Section 501(c)(3) organization. All gifts to Soul Shepherding are deductible as charitable contributions for federal and state income tax purposes. As required by law, gifts are solicited with the understanding that Soul Sheperding has complete discretion and control over the use of all donated funds.
Board Oversight
Soul Shepherding is led by a majority-independent Board of Directors who work closely with Bill & Kristi Gaultiere to provide financial oversight, strategic counsel, and prayer. It was established as a 501c3 nonprofit organization in CA on July 31, 2009.

Founders Bill and Kristi Gaultiere sit on the Board with John Snyder (Entrepreneur, Dana Point, CA), Margaret Snyder (Bible teacher & 12 Step Recovery sponsor), Joe Johnson (Pastor, Laguna Woods, CA), Steve Graham (Attorney, Coto de Caza, CA), Joan Graham (Bible teacher & spiritual mentor), and Lance Wood (CPA Tax Partner, Irvine, CA).
Bookkeeping
Independent accounting and financial statements are provided each month by David Hartshorne. He is the Principal of Orange County SMB Clients, providing financial management and consulting. He’s also a graduate of “The Masters Program” in Christian leadership.
