Rhythms of Grace to De-Stress

We all have stress in our lives and are tempted to worry, fear, and anxiety. Whatever you’re going through Jesus says, “Come to me… Walk with me… Let me show you the rhythms of grace that will bring you inner peace.” (Matthew 11:28-30, paraphrased)

In this seminar Bill and Kristi give practical spiritual and psychological training on how apprenticeship to Jesus relieves A-N-X-I-E-T-Y. It’s based on Bill’s book Your Best Life in Jesus’ Easy Yoke: Rhythms of Grace to De-Stress and Live Empowered.

  • So happy to bring you two home with me from the writers conference and to take you with me to work this morning. Thank you so much for sharing. I think what I’m coming away with is its ok, We all struggle. It’s ok to be real and vulnerable and talk to God about our fears and share with others how he helps us overcome.
