It’s especially helpful when we minister alongside a pastor or Christian leader, providing a catalytic influence for ongoing spiritual transformation with his or her staff/team, elders, group leaders, or other community members.
In our soul training events we share personally, using stories from our lives with Christ – what he’s teaching us and the struggles he’s helping us with – and real life examples of people (anonymous) that we’ve helped. We communicate an understanding of God, people, relationships, ministry, and life transformation that integrates Christian spiritual formation and psychology.
Our approach to speaking and soul training combines…
- Teaching on apprenticeship to Jesus in the Kingdom of God for real life now (can be a short devotional “thought” or a full teaching)
- Facilitating here-and-now encounters with God through a variety of spiritual disciplines
- Guided spiritual conversation and prayer in small groups and large community
