Thirst! is a Spiritual Formation Gathering

“Jesus’ face shone like the sun… They saw no one but Jesus.” (Matthew 17: 2, 8) Wow!
Jesus Christ revealed himself to Peter, James, and John — and us — as the Son of God. This is history. It is our doctrine. But is it our practice? Do we behold the transfigured face while we brush our teeth, talk with a friend, do our job, or relax at the end of a busy day?
Bill and Kristi will invite you into a conversation about their struggles and blessings with seeking to live each moment in the spiritual light of the transfigured face of Christ. Then you’ll be guided into a time of quiet reflection and prayer with the transfiguration of Christ in Scripture and an artist’s rendering.
Thirst! is free and open to you and your friends. (Donations to Soul Shepherding are appreciated.) There’s no need to RSVP — you can just show up. We usually have a group of 15 to 20 people.

We meet monthly on Wednesdays, 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Next meeting is Dec 3, 2014. 2015 dates: Jan 7, (Feb – March = TBD), April 1, May 6, June 3.
