Jesus said, “Abide in me and you will bear much fruit… and your joy will be full” (John 15:5, 11, paraphrase).
But there are many challenges for pastors and ministry leaders. Hurts and worries may burden you. Conflicts can cripple you. Ministry stress and people’s expectations may wear you out. More church attendance, Bible study, and hard work are not enough for you to experience the healing and growth you need to be joyful and effective in God’s kingdom.
